Pleanóir ("Pleanóir", "we", "us") is operated by Caoimhe O'Driscoll, a sole trader based in Ireland, trading as Pleanóir ("the Seller"). By creating an account or using the service you are entering into an agreement with the Seller.
By creating an account, accessing or continuing to use Pleanóir you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm that you are of legal age and, where you sign up on behalf of a school or organisation, that you have authority to bind it.
Pleanóir is a web-based planning tool for Irish primary school teachers. It uses AI to help generate planning documents (Cúntas Míosúil, fortnightly and weekly plans, support plans, and similar). Outputs are drafts intended to be reviewed and edited by you; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular curriculum or inspection requirement.
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular you must not:
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
The Pleanóir service, software, branding and documentation are owned by the Seller and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of the planning content you create; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our 14-day refund commitment.
We work to keep Pleanóir available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Features may change, be added or be removed.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time; cancellations are managed through Paddle.
Pleanóir uses generative AI. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on without your professional review. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for verifying outputs, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you input. You must not use Pleanóir to generate unlawful content, harassment, deepfakes or content that infringes others' rights. We may filter, refuse or remove outputs and suspend accounts that breach these rules.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
For questions about these Terms, contact Caoimhe O'Driscoll (trading as Pleanóir) at notify@pleanoir.ie. For billing, refund or payment queries, please contact Paddle via paddle.net.
