14-day refund guarantee

Pleanóir is operated by Caoimhe O'Driscoll, a sole trader based in Ireland, trading as Pleanóir. We offer a 14-day refund guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with Pleanóir, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal date.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle.

To request a refund:

Visit paddle.net and use the order details from your purchase receipt, or
Email us at notify@pleanoir.ie with your order reference and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.

After the 14-day window

Outside the 14-day window, you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Statutory consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected by this policy.
